What a visit is like
- Home and office routes run twice a week, Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday depending on area; bags go out by 8 am at a protected spot visible from the street, and you do not need to be home.
- Three route options: Twice-A-Week, On Call (phone a day ahead of your service day), and One Way (drop off at a store, delivered on your next service day).
- Same-day service on weekdays for most dry cleaning and laundry; store drop-off for wash, dry and fold has a 10 am cutoff at Rocky Ridge and Calera and 9 am at Greystone and Crestline.
- The Champion Hamper comes in Regular and Jumbo sizes and takes anything you would wash and dry at home, except leather, comforters, bedspreads and wedding gowns.
- All dry cleaning is done on site rather than at a central plant, and every item is hand-pressed or individually steamed.
