How MiniLuxe prices

Services are paid per visit, off a national services menu. There is no monthly membership; instead MiniSeries packages let clients buy a block of manicures up front to use across visits, sold for each of the three polish types (Pure Polish, Performance and LED Gel).

What a visit is like

  • MiniLuxe asks clients to pre-book through its iOS or Android app, which also handles payment and self-checkout.
  • Groups of four or more book through a request form, and a team member confirms within 24 hours; submitting the form is not itself a booking.
  • Tools are sterilised in an in-house Clean Lab with medical-grade autoclaving, gloves are changed between services, and stations are disinfected between clients.
  • California and Texas studios are cashless, taking cards, MiniLuxe gift cards and Apple Pay but no cheques.
  • Pets are not allowed inside studios apart from service animals, and phone calls in studio are discouraged.

Ways to pay less

  • MiniSeries packages: a block of manicures bought up front costs less per visit than paying singly, and the larger the block the bigger the saving.
  • Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at any studio, and for products online.

Good to know

  • Cancellations must be made 4 hours before the service or 50% of it is charged; no-shows are charged in full.
  • MiniLuxe does not work with or remove acrylic, hard gel, dip powder or gel dip powder; only light-setting gel polish is removed.
  • If you arrive with gel on, the appointment must be booked with gel removal, an extra 15 minutes, or the service may not be completed in full.
  • The chip-fix guarantee runs 3 days for Signature, 5 for Performance and 7 for gel, and does not apply at the MiniLuxe Training Studio.

Frequently asked

Does MiniLuxe take walk-ins?

MiniLuxe asks clients to pre-book, ideally in its app, so that booking and payment stay touchless. Walk-in availability is not published.

Does MiniLuxe have a membership?

There is no monthly membership. MiniLuxe sells MiniSeries packages instead: a block of manicures bought in advance and used over several visits, available for each of its three polish types.

What is MiniLuxe's cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 4 hours before the appointment. Later than that is charged 50% of the service, and a no-show is charged the full amount.

Does MiniLuxe do acrylics or dip powder?

No. To keep to its clean standards MiniLuxe does not work with or remove acrylic, hard gel, dip powder or gel dip powder, and only removes light-setting gel polish.

What does 8-free polish mean?

MiniLuxe Pure Polish is made without eight ingredients it names as the most toxic commonly found in nail polish: formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, camphor, TPHP, ethyl tosylamide and xylene.
