- Arrive 15 minutes before the booked start time for check-in; a late arrival does not extend the session.
- Booking is online, through the app, or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome but booking ahead is recommended.
- A membership can be frozen for up to three months per membership year; billing stops during the freeze and allocated credits can still be redeemed.
- Minors aged 13 to 17 may be served, where state law permits, with written parent or guardian consent.
- Phones must be off or silent from check-in; the boutiques are open-plan.

Questions
Why is the advertised price so much lower than what I was quoted?
The headline figure is the member rate, available after joining a monthly membership. The walk-in rate for a single session is typically substantially higher.
Does a deep tissue massage cost more than a Swedish?
At these chains, generally no. Price is set by session length. Technique is chosen with the therapist within the booked time.
What happens to sessions I do not use?
They accrue as credits on the account, but most chains cap how long a credit lasts before it expires. Ask for the rollover window at signup, because it is the part of a massage membership that most often goes to waste.
Can someone else use my credits?
At many chains, yes: credits can be shared with family or gifted, sometimes with the member present for the first visit. Policies vary by brand and by franchise, so ask the studio.
Is the whole booked hour hands-on?
At most studios the booking includes a brief consultation and time to undress and dress, so the hands-on portion is a little shorter than the booking. Studios that quote hands-on time say so explicitly.
What happens if I cancel late or miss an appointment?
Most studios have a notice window, commonly measured in hours, inside which a cancellation forfeits a session credit or triggers a fee. It is set per studio, so check it when you book.
Should I tip, and on which price?
Tipping the therapist is customary and is never part of the published price. Members generally tip against the value of the session rather than the discounted member rate, but the amount is at your discretion.
How do I cancel a membership?
Terms are set per franchise. Many require a minimum number of months before cancelling and written notice to the studio, so read that clause before signing and keep a copy of whatever you send.
