What a visit is like
- No appointment is needed for preventive maintenance services; you drive up. Some locations do ask for an appointment for state inspections.
- For most services at most locations you remain in your vehicle and watch the work from the driver's seat.
- The full-service oil change covers up to five quarts of Valvoline oil, a new Valvoline oil filter, and chassis lubrication to the manufacturer's specification. Extra quarts and premium filters cost more.
- Every oil change includes an 18-point maintenance check: air filter, automatic transmission fluid, battery test at participating stores, brake fluid, cabin air filter and differential fluids on request, headlights, chassis lubrication, power steering fluid, radiator fluid, oil-change light reset, taillights, tire pressure, transfer case fluid on request, under-chassis and under-hood visual inspections, windshield washer fluid and wiper blades.
