Do I need an appointment at Zoom Tan?
No. Zoom Tan is walk-in only for both UV and spray tanning.
Can I tan at Zoom Tan without a membership?
Yes. Single UV and spray sessions are sold without a membership, in store.
How do I cancel a Zoom Tan membership?
Cancellations are handled online through the My Account cancellation link. Auto-pay can be cancelled as early as ten days after joining, and you keep the membership for the rest of that month.
Can I use my membership at another Zoom Tan?
Yes. Memberships and packages work at any Zoom Tan location in the USA, and members can also tan at Beach Bum salons.
How often can I spray tan on a membership?
The Sunless membership allows eight spray tans a month; Wellness membership allows one UV or spray session per day. Zoom Tan recommends no more than one or two sprays a week.
