Membership is priced per club, not nationally: the same plan costs different amounts at different gyms, and each club posts its own rates for a no-commitment plan and a lower commitment plan. Club pages name the plans KeepFit+, KeepFit and GetFit; the national membership page presents the same ladder as Platinum, Gold, Ignite and Silver.
Contract: Month-to-month plans and minimum-commitment plans are both sold; commitment memberships are non-cancelable and non-refundable within the commitment period except as the membership agreement provides. - Silver is limited to the club of enrollment and is sold only at select locations; Gold adds regional access and Platinum adds nationwide access.
- Guests must be at least 18, check in at the front desk, complete guest registration and sign a liability waiver; a club tour may be required and the club may limit how many guests you bring.
- Members aged 12-17 may use the clubs, with a parent or guardian signing the financial guaranty or release.
- Lockers and showers are available at all clubs; members bring their own lock and towel.
- Amenities, classes and equipment vary by club, so pools, courts, saunas and steam rooms are not everywhere.
