Memberships are sold in three levels and priced per club, and the brand markets them as no-annual-commitment plans. Rates are month-to-month; the company does not allow memberships to be paid months in advance.

- A caretaker or support person may accompany a member without a pass, but may not work out or use equipment.
- Class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours ahead; no-shows and late cancellations carry per-class fees.
