How Orangetheory Fitness prices

Studios are individually owned and operated and set their own rates and fees, so the same membership costs different amounts from studio to studio. Memberships are sold by monthly class allowance, with class packs as a non-membership alternative.

Contract: Month-to-month contract with 30-day cancellation. Cancellation is handled by the member's studio, selected from the cancellation page on the Orangetheory site.

What a visit is like

Classes run about an hour and combine treadmill, rower and floor work, with heart-rate zones shown on screens during the workout.

Arrive 30 minutes before your first class to set up the heart-rate monitor and complete intake forms.

Bring a water bottle and a towel; bikes and striders substitute for the treadmill where needed.

Memberships include nationwide privileges across studios and freeze privileges of up to 60 days, twice a year.
