What a visit is like
- Classes run about an hour and combine treadmill, rower and floor work, with heart-rate zones shown on screens during the workout.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your first class to set up the heart-rate monitor and complete intake forms.
- Bring a water bottle and a towel; bikes and striders substitute for the treadmill where needed.
- Memberships include nationwide privileges across studios and freeze privileges of up to 60 days, twice a year.
