What a visit is like
- No appointment is needed, and a standard interior and exterior wash takes minutes, so there is no need to drop the car off.
- Full service washes include a 10-point clean: exterior hand-dry, wheels, windows, seats, floor, mats, dash, console and door panels. Quality Wash customers ride through and leave the lot after the tunnel.
- Autobell does not hand wash or hand wax and does not wash engines; trunk vacuuming and the longer Master AutoVac interior vacuum (15 to 20 minutes, including pet hair removal) are add-ons to washes with interior cleaning.
- The tunnel takes vehicles up to 7.5 feet tall with tires up to 13 inches wide, on factory suspension.
- Locations are open 362 days a year, including in rain and cold; they close on Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Ways to pay less
- Premier Unlimited plans allow unlimited washes on one vehicle and can be paid monthly, semi-annually or annually; a Pollen Pass version is a discounted plan that recharges for three months only.
- Ticket books of 3 or 50 Full Service washes and 50 Exterior or Quality washes are sold online and shipped as physical tickets.
- My Autobell Rewards earns 1 Bell per dollar on single washes, add-ons and gift cards bought in the app or on the website (not on plan charges), redeemable for add-ons and extra services; Bells expire two years after they are earned.
- The app offers app-only deals and pre-purchase to skip the line, including a Mobile Go lane at participating locations.
- Business accounts are available either as bulk ticket books or as a monthly-billed credit account with company cards, which needs an approved credit application and carries a minimum monthly charge.

What if I am not happy with my Autobell wash?
Bring your receipt back to the same location and speak with the manager on duty. Every wash also comes with the Life Happens Promise: return with your original receipt and Autobell will re-clean the car free of charge.
How do I cancel an Autobell Premier Unlimited plan?
In the Autobell Mobile App, at any time. The plan renews automatically on the anniversary date of purchase until it is cancelled there, and payments already made are not refunded.
Can I share my Autobell unlimited plan with someone else?
The plan stays tied to one vehicle, but the Shared Vehicles feature lets the account holder invite one other person per plan to wash that same vehicle from their own phone. Extras they add are paid on their own card.
Does Autobell clean the inside of the car?
