What a visit is like
- The wash is a soft-touch conveyor tunnel on a dual belt, with an LED loading screen giving step-by-step instructions; a wash takes under 3 minutes.
- Members sign up in the Wash Club app or at a location; there are no windshield tags, as license plate recognition at the gate matches the car to the account.
- Self-serve vacuums are free with any single wash or membership. The site also lists compressed air, molded and flat floor mat washers and towel dispensers at the vacuum stations at no extra cost.
- You do not need to be a member; single washes are sold at every location.
- Xpress Car Wash does no detailing beyond the automatic wash and self-serve vacuum stations.
Ways to pay less
- New members get the first month free on Xpress Platinum, Xpress Everything or Xpress Plus Wheels with coupon code XCWM1M; regular pricing starts after the first month.
- Platinum Wash Club membership gift cards come in 1, 3 and 6 month lengths and are sold at every location.
- Schools and organizations can run fundraisers selling single-use Platinum Wash cards at face value and keep 100% of the proceeds.
Good to know
- Maximum vehicle width is 96 inches. The FAQ gives the height limit as 84 inches while a location page says 7 feet 2 inches, so taller vehicles should ask an attendant first. Dually trucks are accepted; RVs, oversized campers, motorcycles and ATVs are not.
- The website terms say purchases cannot be cancelled and refunds are given only when a subscription cancellation was requested before payment, which is stricter than the FAQ's cancel-any-time wording.
- The site says it offers four monthly packages but lists three, and its pages give 15, 13 and 11 as the location count, so confirm details in the app or at a location.
What you're paying for

Frequently asked
Can I use my Xpress Car Wash membership at any location?
Yes. A membership works at any Xpress Car Wash location, and you can wash daily.
How do I cancel or change an Xpress Car Wash membership?
In the Wash Club app. The FAQ says plans can be upgraded or cancelled at any time without penalty, and there are no contracts. Upgrades can also be made in person at a location.
Do I need a windshield sticker?
No. Once your Wash Club app account and vehicle are set up, license plate recognition at the gate matches your car to your membership.
Will my truck fit through the Xpress Car Wash tunnel?
The FAQ lists 84 inches tall and 96 inches wide as the limits, though one location page gives 7 feet 2 inches for height, so ask an attendant if your vehicle is close. All locations accept dually trucks. RVs and campers with awnings or roof A/C units usually do not fit, and motorcycles and ATVs cannot be washed.
Does Xpress Car Wash offer interior detailing?
No. It offers the automatic exterior wash and free self-serve vacuum stations, with no other detailing services.
