What a visit is like
- Membership is identified by an RFID tag kept on the driver's side of the windshield, with a move to licence plate recognition under way.
- Members use express VIP lanes at the wash.
- Free vacuums are listed among the membership benefits on the Express Wash Concepts portal.
- Moo Moo is one of five Express Wash Concepts brands, alongside Flying Ace, Clean Express, Green Clean Express and Bee Clean, and the portal markets unlimited washing across all of them.
Ways to pay less
- The portal frames the membership as paying for itself after two washes in a month.
- Fleet accounts are handled separately through the Express Wash Concepts portal.
Good to know
- A membership is valid for one vehicle only and cannot be shared; moving it to another vehicle needs prior notice to and approval from Express Wash Concepts.
- The membership auto-renews monthly against the card on file, and a cancellation filed within 24 hours of the recharge date only takes effect after that charge goes through.
- The published terms describe no family or multi-vehicle plan; each membership covers one vehicle.
- Everything Moo Moo publishes lives inside one shared Express Wash Concepts web app, so brand-specific details are thin.
What you're paying for
Unlimited monthly washing, tiered by which wash package the plan covers.
Unlimited plans break even against single washes at roughly two to three visits a month, which is the entire pitch.
- Which wash package the tier covers
- Additional vehicles
- Site-level pricing
One wash, priced by package: a basic exterior wash at the bottom, added waxes, sealants and tyre finishes above it.
Package names differ at every chain but the ladder is the same: basic wash, then wax, then a ceramic or sealant top tier.

Frequently asked
How do I cancel a Moo Moo Express membership?
Through the Express Wash Concepts online portal, by email or by phone, with one day's notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your recharge date, the cancellation applies after that month's charge.
Does a Moo Moo membership cover more than one car?
No. The Unlimited Wash Club terms say a membership is valid for one vehicle only, and it cannot be shared or moved to another vehicle without approval.
How does Moo Moo know I am a member?
By an RFID tag affixed to the driver's side of the windshield. The company is moving to licence plate recognition, so members need current plate details on the account.
Is Moo Moo Express part of a bigger company?
Yes. It is one of five Express Wash Concepts brands, with Flying Ace Express, Clean Express Auto Wash, Green Clean Express Auto Wash and Bee Clean Express Car Wash.
Is there a contract with a Moo Moo membership?
No. The wash options page states no contracts or commitments; the plan simply recharges every 30 days until cancelled.
