What a visit is like
- Exterior-only tunnel wash using soft-touch Neoglide equipment; the wash is drive-through, not hand wash.
- Every site has a free amenity area: vacuum stations, microfiber towels, compressed air, window cleaner, interior cleaner, mat cleaners and air fresheners.
- An unlimited plan works at any Big Dan's location, not only the one where it was bought.
- Vehicles must be under 7 feet 2 inches tall and 84 inches wide, with tires no wider than 13 inches; dually trucks, roof or hood light bars and bike, kayak or wheelchair racks cannot go through.
Ways to pay less
- Family plan: after one full-price monthly plan, each additional vehicle is 25% off, with all vehicles on the same credit card.
- Additional family-plan vehicles are added in person by bringing the extra vehicle's licence plate details to a location.
- The app enrols customers in a loyalty programme that earns points on single washes and on recurring membership charges.
Good to know
- The entry Clean It wash is single-wash only; there is no unlimited plan at that tier.
- Big Dan's publishes no cancellation terms or notice period for unlimited plans on its website.
- The terms of service disclaim liability for a long list of vehicle parts, including anything on a vehicle more than five years old.
What you're paying for
One wash, priced by package: a basic exterior wash at the bottom, added waxes, sealants and tyre finishes above it.
The gap between the cheapest and most expensive package at one site is usually larger than the gap between chains at the same tier.

Yes. Free vacuum stations are part of the amenity area, alongside free microfiber towels, compressed air, window cleaner, interior cleaner, mat cleaners and air fresheners.
How does the Big Dan's family plan work?
